Mr. Klein represents clients in employment actions based on sexual harassment, the failure to comply with state and/or federal wage and hour laws, and cases where an employee is being discriminated against even though the employee is a member of a protected class. Simply stated, he will represent an employee where an employer fires or discriminates against an employee based on race, religion, color, national origin, ancestry, a mental or physical disability, being over forty or where it violates public policy.
He also has extensive expertise in business litigation, representing companies involved in contract disputes and bringing or defending claims involving fraud or deceptive business practices.
Mr. Klein has an established reputation within the legal community for achieving excellent results for his clients. He pays attention to each client’s case using his legal skills and years of experience, and provides each client with exceptional and aggressive representation. Mr. Klein also believes it is important to give his time back to his community.
